Slow Food Cincinnati board member Brigitte Cordier will be talking about Slow Food and presenting two 25 minute "cooking with herbs" demos at 7:30 and 8:30 PM. Sessions on "composting", "container gardening", and "worm bins" will also be presented between 7 and 9 PM.
